Intelligent Mobility International is a non-profit created from a joint CalTech, Art Center and Landivar University class. The goal of IMI is to create low cost appropriate wheelchairs for the developing world. Because of the adverse street conditions found around the world there is a great demand for safe, durable and low cost chairs. IMI partnered with Transitions in Guatemala and is currently producing chairs to meet this need.
